In addition to three customized programs to choose from, we have THREE OFFICES for our agents to use, and VALUABLE FRANCHISE NAME RECOGNITION to help you OBTAIN MORE BUYERS AND SELLERS!

PROGRAM #1: For only $40-$50 per month you receive 100% of your commissions less a transaction fee of $500.00* maximum per closing, and a nominal $40.00 Errors and Omissions Insurance fee.

*The maximum annual transaction fees paid to the company is $7,500.00

PROGRAM #2: For only $80-$100 per month you receive 100% of your commissions less a transaction fee of $350.00* maximum per closing, and a nominal $40.00 Errors and Omissions Insurance fee.

*The maximum annual transaction fees paid to the company is $6,000.00 

PROGRAM #3: “FOR TOP PRODUCING AGENTS” For only $160-$200 per month you receive 100% of your commissions less a transaction fee of “$350.00 MAXIMUM...ON ONLY THE FIRST CLOSING OF EACH MONTH”. Errors and Omissions Insurance is included at no charge on program #3 only.

*The maximum annual transaction fees paid to the company is capped at $4,000.00

(Note: 20% monthly fee discount if paid 12 months in advance, or 10% monthly fee discount if credit card auto pay).

 

* “Special Additional Policy” insures that we pay

the maximum commissions on all SMALL DEALS!

 

The transaction amount to our Company on “SMALL” deals is only 30%, and “LEASES” are only 20% — with a maximum of $350 or $500 per closing, depending on which program you're on!

All our “exclusive typeable” forms are available on our web site eliminating unnecessary office trip. You can fax or email new listing paperwork to office. All incoming faxes and e-mails can be forwarded to you. “EVERY CALL”, including “ALL CALLS” on your current, pending, or sold listings are forwarded “DIRECTLY TO YOU”!  You are notified immediately by email and can be sent a text message every time an appointment is set on your listing! We have high-speed DSL connected computers with laser printers, scanners, digital copiers, fax machines, work stations with phones and conference areas all for your use at all three offices with no hidden charges!

You will also receive free enrollment in “View My Listing”, an amazing program that keeps you and your clients and customers constantly informed. We have a policy of paying your commission checks often on the day of closing and always no later than the next business day after all necessary paperwork is turned in to management. Direct deposit is also available for those that request it.
