Even Though we have
been a continuously operating Real Estate Company at our main office in
Canton since 1974, we have been constantly Changing and Improving!
When we brought this current type of structured company plan
from Arizona in 2000, we did so with the following goals in mind:

To create and build a successful company that would “Benefit Everyone involved and the
community”.

To create an “Affordable” and “Convenient” method for
the majority of Realtors to practice the Real Estate Profession at
their own pace while providing all the tools and support necessary to
assist in their success.

To offer commission plans that actually pay agents the
vast majority of the Commissions earned by them, instead of the
unfair splits changed by almost all other Companies.
The reality that we have been paying commissions to our
agents in our local communities in the amounts of one to three
million dollars each year since then confirms our overall plan is
